The large poolside patio was completely removed and replaced with new pavers in 2019 and 2020. New granite steps leading from the upper yard were added and a complete new drainage system was installed for the back yard and pool area. Rainscape systems for the new decks tie into this, ensuring no water accumulates near the house.
